Information We Collect
We collect information needed to provide farm inventory, ordering, reservation, and fulfillment workflows, including names, email addresses, phone numbers when provided, farm details, reservation details, recipient assignments, payment notes, animal tag numbers, animal photos, processing preferences, compliance acknowledgements, and support messages.
If you sign in with Google, we use the basic profile information Google provides, such as your name and email address, to identify your account and connect you to the right farm, reservation, or assignment.
How We Use Information
We use information to operate UdhiyaHub, authenticate users, manage farm access, show animal inventory, create reservations, track balances and payments, record farm acknowledgements, send operational notifications, support check-in and processing workflows, prevent misuse, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability.
How Information Is Shared
Farm owners and authorized farm staff can see information connected to their farm. Buyers and recipients can see only the reservations, assignments, photos, prices, balances, and status information connected to their own access.
We may share information with service providers that help us operate the product, such as hosting, database, email, media storage, authentication, analytics, and payment providers. We do not sell personal information.
Data Retention
We keep information as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business records, support farm operations, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Animal photos may be archived or deleted after the related animal workflow is complete according to UdhiyaHub retention settings.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so users should protect their account access and contact us if they believe their account or reservation link has been misused.
Choices And Requests
You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your information. Some information may need to be retained when required for farm records, security, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.
