Terms for using UdhiyaHub.
These terms describe the basic rules for using UdhiyaHub to manage farm inventory, reservations, assignments, payment notes, check-ins, processing status, and fulfillment workflows.

Service Overview
UdhiyaHub provides online software tools for livestock farms, buyers, recipients, and authorized staff. The service may support inventory management, order management, reservations, payment tracking, check-in, processing status, fulfillment coordination, and related farm workflows.
UdhiyaHub is not the farm, seller, buyer, livestock dealer, processor, slaughter facility, transporter, payment collector, inspector, certifier, or fulfillment provider unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Accounts And Access
Users must provide accurate account information and protect their sign-in access. Farm access is invitation-based or granted by authorized administrators. Buyers and recipients may access only the reservations or assignments connected to their account, email, or secure link.
Farm Content, Orders, And Compliance
Farms are responsible for the accuracy of animal details, photos, tag numbers, prices, availability, reservation terms, processing options, delivery or pickup details, buyer communications, and fulfillment status.
Farms are solely responsible for understanding and following all laws, rules, licenses, inspections, permits, animal health requirements, slaughter or processing requirements, labeling requirements, consumer notices, refund policies, tax obligations, and other compliance duties that apply to their animals, products, services, facilities, workers, buyers, and locations.
UdhiyaHub does not verify, audit, certify, or guarantee that a farm has required licenses, permits, inspections, halal certification, processing authorization, animal movement documents, or legal authority to offer any animal, product, service, delivery, pickup, or processing option. Farm onboarding approval or use of UdhiyaHub does not mean the farm is legally compliant.
Buyers should review animal, reservation, payment, pickup, delivery, and processing details before confirming an order or assignment and should contact the farm directly with questions about farm practices, inspection status, religious processing, fulfillment, or refunds.
Payments
UdhiyaHub may support manual payment tracking and future payment integrations. Unless a payment integration or written agreement states otherwise, farms are the merchant or responsible party for their own buyer payments, deposits, balances, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, and disputes.
Acceptable Use
Users may not misuse UdhiyaHub, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful content, interfere with the service, impersonate another person, or use the service in a way that violates applicable laws or rights of others.
Availability And Changes
We work to keep UdhiyaHub reliable, but the service may be unavailable during maintenance, updates, outages, or events outside our control. We may update features, workflows, or these terms as the product evolves.
Disclaimers
UdhiyaHub is provided as a software service. We do not provide legal, tax, veterinary, food safety, livestock, religious certification, or regulatory advice. Farms should consult qualified professionals for requirements that apply to their business.
We do not own or inspect farm animals, verify animal health, process or slaughter animals, guarantee animal availability, certify religious or halal status, or control farm fulfillment. To the fullest extent allowed by law, UdhiyaHub is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
